We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025. No link to it is given because it no longer exists.
