We describe Aloura as accurately as we can, but results vary between individuals. Aloura is a cosmetic product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. If you have sensitive eyes or a skin condition, patch-test before full use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.
Your right to cancel
As a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, subject to the conditions on our Shipping & Returns page (unopened items only, given the product's nature).
Liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms occasionally. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
