Processing & shipping times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Germany takes 2–4 business days; EU delivery takes 3–6 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Shipping is free on orders over €35. Below that, a flat shipping fee of €3,90 applies at checkout.
Returns
Because Aloura is a cosmetic product applied near the eyes, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact us at hello@aloura.com with your order number to start a return.
- We'll send you a return address and confirm once your item is on its way back to us.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
